The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai Hotel

This hotel is luxurious and fulfilled all our exclusive amenities' needs. the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi were all incredible. the hotel had direct access to the beach, and the beauty treatments were perfect. We enjoyed live entertainment and full body massages. the restaurant served amazing halal food, and the bar/lounge area was great for relaxation. the location was perfect, with a picnic area and tables for outdoor lunch.

The only minor issue we faced was a delayed check-in, which was not a big deal. But the service covered it up very well, and we did not feel the impact of it in any way.

The rooms had a beautiful contemporary design and were very comfortable. The hotel also had a great location, close to key attractions and with easy access to transportation. the beach facilities were fantastic and provided a great place to relax and unwind.

It would have been nice to have more variety and have the option to enjoy the lounge amenities later in the evening.

I recently had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Dubai. My family and I booked the club deluxe room with sea view and we were not disappointed. The location in JBR was perfect, with plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel had multiple pools to choose from, one even had a water slide for children. The poolside service provided by Mohamed and Florence was exceptional, with complimentary refreshments and ice cream for the kids. The gym and spa were well-equipped and the dedicated beach access was a bonus. The kids club was clean, professional, and offered a range of activities. The club lounge had excellent service and a fantastic variety of food throughout the day.

Wonderful service, beautiful rooms, amazing pools, great location, excellent Asian restaurant and helpful staff.

During our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, we were amazed by the practical and nice room we were provided. We loved the direct access to the pool and beach, and the beach staff were really good too fulfill our requests, even arranging for an order from another restaurant in the hotel. The spa staff made sure we had everything we asked for, making our experience really good. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

Spacious rooms with good amenities and coffee machines. Outstanding staff that are friendly and helpful. Beautiful grand building with splendid gardens and sea views. Great food with a stand-out winner, the beef cheek. Good gym with up-to-date equipment.

The in-room arrangements were excellent and thoughtful, including a beautiful anniversary cake and card. The half-board package was great value and included delicious food. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The pool area and the beach were definitely the best aspects of this hotel. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing, and the beach had beautiful views. It was great to have the option to relax by the pool or take a swim in the sea. Another thing I liked was the location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near various shops, coffee houses, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area without needing to rely on transportation. these amenities and the hotel's location made for a pleasant stay.

The staff at this hotel was not helpful. They seemed easily distracted and did not focus on their job at hand.

We had an very nice stay with really good staff who were helpful, professional and cute. Our room was super clean and comfortable, with great hotel facilities including an amazing pool with friendly pool staff. The hotel's location on the beach with large gardens provided a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.

As a business traveler, I loved the great location, excellent service, and impressive facilities offered by this hotel. The pools are fantastic, and the spacious gardens add a touch of character. The club option was definitely worth the extra cost. The staff, especially Jamil at the pool bar and Claudia from the club lounge, were incredibly friendly and attentive.

The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a range of options to satisfy any palate. The facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a stunning pool area. it exceeded my expectations!

I did encounter a minor inconvenience with the lifts.

The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect holiday. The resort offered a variety of amenities such as garden games, pools, and a clean private beach. Lifeguards were present and there were plenty of poolside lounge chairs. The breakfast had a wide array of choices across several cuisines and the half-board option provided delicious lunch or dinner choices at the in-house restaurants. Highly recommended.
